International Insurance Services, Ltd. was conceived, founded and originally incorporated in 1966 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The founders were Kenneth and Carolyn Sparks, Joyce Yach and Clifford MacDonnell.
The philosophy of this company is to provide a quality claims adjustment service for the companies at
a reasonable cost. This philosophy remains a constant through today.
Ken Sparks and Cliff MacDonnell specialized in property losses, while Joyce Yach specialized in
casualty losses of all kinds. Carolyn Sparks was concerned with the office operation.
Though Ken Sparks passed away in 2003,Carolyn Sparks remains actively involved in the company
as President, with Senior Vice Presidents Katherine Lang and James Hunt running the day-to-day operation.
