MISSION STATEMENT
IIS, Ltd. was formed in 1966 by a group of insurance professionals with the goal of providing a quality adjusting service and office that would equal or exceed the performance level expected of the company's own employees, and do this at a reasonable cost.

We will do this while operating at the highest professional level in work performance, dress, and conduct. We will do this with all we come in contact with. We will endeavor that each contact, each job, however large or however small, is handled in a way that all concerned are left with a better feeling, and a comfort level that the matter has been handled promptly, fairly, and with the utmost integrity to the highest standards of the industry.

Our goal is to strive each day to improve and to operate at the best that we can be. We pledge this so that we may always feel confident that we have gotten the job done in a professional manner, and that our goals have been achieved.
